How does BodyFX work? During the BodyFX treatment, radio frequency energy is used to target fat cells and destroy them in the treatment area. While the area is being heated, a special vacuum-like tool is used to suction in the skin to allow an electric pulse to hit the treatment zone.

Does it hurt? Certainly not. During your session, the handpiece will move across your skin, and the energy will begin to work. You'll feel a little bit of warmth, suction, and pulsing.

Although this treatment is an extremely effective fat burning tool, it’s important to note that it is not a substitute for other weight loss treatments. It is best suited for treating very limited volumes of fat around the abdomen, flanks, back and thighs. For larger volumes of fat, you may want to consider alternative treatment types. But if you’re in good general health, have a positive attitude and realistic expectations... you are most likely a good candidate for body contouring.

You’ll see noticeable fat reduction in the treated areas within one to two months following the procedure and the results can be permanent. The adult body doesn’t produce new fat cells, so once fat cells are destroyed during your treatment and removed from the body in the months after you will likely not gain weight again in the treated areas.*
